Masalaa Family - Navi Mumbai

Non-veg food items aren't fresh. They serve stored and preserved Non-veg. After oder you can't consume full as they are tasteless.

I recently visited Masalaa Family Restaurant in Ulwe Sector 23 and had a satisfying experience. I started with the Chicken Manchow Soup, which tasted nice and had a good balance of flavors. For the main course, I ordered butter garlic Naan, Chicken Banjaara Masala, and Chicken Biryani. The Chicken Banjaara Masala had a satisfying gravy and was cooked to perfection. However, I found the Chicken Biryani to be just okay and it didn't meet my expectations. The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant and inviting, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was commendable, as they were prompt and attentive to our needs. Overall, my experience at Masalaa Family Restaurant was positive. I would recommend it to others, considering the tasty dishes, good ambiance, and commendable service.

Good and tasty food and eating environment is good and staff is very polite

Giving one start because. I went this place I ordered one food item and mineral water. Restaurant staff said water purifier is not working. They provide me kinley water bottle ₹20 per litre and charge ₹ 25 . I asked restaurant staff , one waiter said I provide this bottle on table that's the reason we are charging 5 ₹ extra. Hotel owner suppose to aware about difference between restaurant and room service facility. Even GST number was mentioned on bill.

I along with my closed ones are regulars here and In Ulwe I don't find any better option for my restaurant food cravings...Every items taste superb. Pic is of Tandoori Lollypop
