Kfc - Naugatuck

Naugatuck location. The clerk was very pleasant. KFC could really use an atmosphere update. I had the bowl, which included chicken pieces, mashed potatoes, and corn—it was hot and moist. However, the drink machine and options felt outdated. Come on, Pepsi, invest a little!

The manager on duty this evening was terrible. It's quite unprofessional to engage in a loud argument with a customer in the drive-thru. That's a great example for your staff to emulate. I will definitely not return here again.

The staff that morning were exceptional and went above and beyond. Those two women truly deserve praise for their professionalism in managing the situation they faced.

I ended up getting sick after I ate popcorn chicken.. I will not be ordering from them again.. I have been sick since I ate the popcorn chicken yesterday, and sick all day today.. I believe I ended up with food poisoning.. I?m taking medication to helpwith my stomach pain and vomiting?

No air conditioning in the beginning of August. We walked in and immediately noticed it was warm in the building. The staff have fans but there's nothing for the guests. We arrived with a party of four thinking we could talk over a meal. That was not goingto happen. We walked out without ordering and the staff didn't seem concerned one way or the other.
