Potbelly - National Harbor

This place says “our promise is: fresh, fast and friendly, although the sandwich was fresh and we got it fast, there was no smiley or any friendly treatment here, let alone we didn’t get it, Tyneshia who prepared our sandwiches was very unpleasant, putting on a bad face, talking in a very displeased and rude way. We felt so uncomfortable with his way of offering service, as if she was really hating her job. Please girl, if you don’t like your job, quit and do something else, but don’t treat the customers this way. Quick note, bathroom is still not working.

Ordered “The Wreck”: $13 “Big” size. Maybe thirteen inches. Satisfying sandwich. Received ten percent military discount. Friendly staff.

Food and service at Potbelly's is always great, I really love the atmosphere at this location. Food always tastes fresh and they have something for everyone (including cookies).

Excellent food at a very good price, especially for the national harbor area.

The avo turkey and broccoli cheddar soup was fantastic! Great location for our conference at the Gaylord.
