Old Hickory Steakhouse

The dining experience was quite mediocre. The steak and sides resembled those you'd find at a typical salt-rimmed steakhouse or even a roadside grill. Considering the price, I don't think it offers good value. However, the service was exceptional, and the venue itself is quite nice.

The service was slow, taking 15 minutes to be seated. The steaks were of poor quality, fatty, and overpriced. The salad was mediocre, and the bread was embarrassingly bad—it tasted like sawdust, worse than store-bought. The only positive was the waitstaff, who were friendly. I ended up going to the promenade, where I enjoyed a wonderful rib-eye steak with freshly baked bread, no wait, and an exceptional view of the water—all for a quarter of the price.

Still the best filet mignon ever….visiting the best steakhouses from NYC to Miami, my favorite filet mignon is here. Skip the sauces. Just slice and let it melt on your tongue.

This restaurant was absolutely perfect. My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and everything was fantastic. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was beautiful. I highly recommend this restaurant!
