Papa Gallo Cafe - National City

This charming diner-style café features friendly staff and serves a generous breakfast burrito that comes with house-made salsa. The salsa has an earthy flavor with a hint of red paprika; while it was a bit too spicy for my liking, it was still quite delicious. If this café isn't already on the map, it definitely deserves to be recognized!

I can be quite particular about my menudo, but I have to say, I found a great one! You should definitely give it a try for yourself!

This is the best Mexican cuisine I've had in San Diego, especially the Cali burritos. I always visit this place when I'm in the area, and it never disappoints. Upon entering, I'm greeted by friendly staff, and I place my order. Then I head back to my truck to wait with my dog while my food is prepared. The food is fantastic, and the service is excellent. What more can I say?

That was a fixed place to be able to eat breakfast. unfamiliar with the opposite and came on this place. the service is so good and the staff was friendly. I came right there when they opened and that was fresh. I had the chicken soup and it was fantastic. the prices were reasonable and the environment of the workers and natives created an inviting atmosphere.

Very comfortable homestyle Mexican food restaraunt. Parking is super easy and they were extremely accommodating when it came to making two vegetarian burritos. Prices are very low and service is excellent.
