Przekaż informację zwrotnąI always order using the kiosk and when they call my name I get up and get my food... So not much interaction with the employees. The food used to be better. They don 't offer the sandwich I used to like anymore. The flatbreads are so tastelessthat last time I had to ask for salt and pepper to make it a little better and they took forever to get me some salt. Thispicture is of a margherita flatbread I ordered (after I put seasoned it myself). It looks nothing like the picture in the kioskand it 's more a tomato pizza than a margherita. Oh, and so expensive now... Cost me $18.70 for a tomato flatbread and a saladdoing the pick two items . Should have just gone home and ordered a large pizza elsewhere.
The employees doesn't have respect to the customer or any doordash driver. It's unbelievable you have to wait list 30 minutes for pick up (minimum)
Very bed customer service. Hot coffee is barely warm. Toasted bagel didn't even see the toaster. The good thing is... now I now where not to go for breakfast.
App is not user friendly. And the bowl of Thai soup I ordered was barely 1/2 filled. Very little ingredients like 2 pcs of chicken, a piece of tomato, some tiny shreds of carrots the rest was broth. Although tasty not worth $8.39. Did not satisfy meenough to get through the rest of my workday. Huge disappointment. Thank god for the bread.
The staff barely speak English and with no line are in a rush to turn their backs without seeing if you even understood them. on top of that they lost our order while we were standing right in front of kitchen staff. This location sucks, drive to the nextone if you want your food or to understand the staff.
