Muffin House Cafe - Natick

So great! Been going for years, their muffins come in really fun flavors, and they have an amazing selection of flavored iced and hot coffees!

Wonderful flavors of coffee brewed into the roast, lovely friendly staff that takes the time to get to know you and your order ensure it’s right every time.

I'm typically not a customer at this location, and I'm glad that I'm not. No complaints about the food, except that there was an excessive amount of cream cheese on my bagel, but the customer service was subpar, at best.Once the employee had finished making my drink, I wanted to add two muffins to the order. Right when I was about to speak, I was in complete shock that the employee told me to wait, and she took the next customer's order. It took every ounce of me to not say anything to this employee, but it was extremely rude and disrespectful.If you're hiring young employees, please remind them to be courteous and respectful. This was far from a good customer experience for me.

I just moved to Natick. I knew as soon as I saw the online menu that I would like this place. I got a lemon buttercrunch muffin, milky way iced coffee and a marble rye bagel with veggie cream cheese. I LOVED the veggie cream cheese... everything was very tasty. I can't wait to come back.
