Out Island - Nassau

I have celiac disease, so I asked if they offered a gluten-free wrap, and they assured me they did. I ended up getting a veggie wrap, which consisted mainly of lettuce, mango, and sun-dried tomatoes. I made sure to omit the crispy onions. I specifically asked three times if the wrap was gluten-free, and each time I was told yes. Unfortunately, I ended up being sick for hours afterward. I'm now spending my last day in the Bahamas in bed.

I felt safe dining here as someone with anaphylactic celiac disease. I was able to eat without any concerns. The wraps were fantastic; I had the Impossible Caesar wrap and really enjoyed it. I will definitely return!

It can be somewhat challenging to find gluten-free options while staying at the Grand Hyatt, but this bar offers a decent variety, with gluten-free items clearly marked on the menu!
