There 2 days in a row. nice bar, was not sick. on the first day a garnelensalat eaten, margarita pizza on the second day.
We had lunch at this restaurant, and I was let down by the limited options available for me. There wasn’t a gluten-free menu or any items clearly marked. While the server was friendly, they weren't particularly helpful. I ended up ordering a Caesar salad with grilled chicken, but I have my doubts about whether the chicken was truly safe for me to eat. My family enjoyed their meals, which were delicious, but my salad was rather disappointing. If you sit at the bar, you can see most of the food preparation, so you might be able to find something else if you’re able to ask questions and take your time reviewing the options.
The Lagoon was a disappointing experience. Even though the chef took the time to discuss suitable options for my daughter, the kitchen sent out a regular Caesar salad, claiming it was gluten-free. When I raised my concerns because the salad looked identical to the one we had ordered, they apologized but that didn’t reassure me. I no longer trust this restaurant.
I inquired with the waitress about gluten-free options, and she mentioned salads, gluten-free pizza, and that they had gluten-free bread available for a BLT. I opted for the margherita pizza, which was tasty. The waitress assured me that my pizza wouldn't come into contact with other pizzas, but I’m uncertain about how safe it really is for those with celiac disease.
