Fish By José Andrés At The Cove Atlantis

Fantastic meal at Fish. They started out with asking if anyone had any allergies and the chef came out to meet with me. I ordered the grouper (as-is was GF) and substituted three baby carrots for three mushrooms or asparagus side option. They brought our gf bread and oil just for me. The food was delectable! What an incredible atmosphere, view of the water and great wait staff.

Offers gluten bread and muffins. I ordered 3 egg omelette. Requested gluten free bread but they were out so they gave me both of there gluten free muffins; apple and banana. Muffins were moist and delicious. Overall meal was excellent.

Chef came out to take our order and was very knowledgeable. Note lobster bisque is off the menu (3/2023). Ended up with Udi bread and honey butter, shrimp cocktail (no sauce) and whole branzino (no sauce).

They made the lobster bisque and shrimp and grits gluten free. Lobster bisque was to die for. I think it was Udis bread to start, but the honey butter was awesome. Didn’t get sick
