Eat Right Delights - Nassau

What a delightful find in Nassau, even though it’s a bit off the usual tourist track. At first glance, it looks like just a few modest spots with a dark kitchen and Shanique, the cook, as the main attraction. However, the unassuming appearance does not reflect the incredible quality of the food. Be sure to try the Thai noodles, Lentil Loaf, or Cassoulet. We will definitely be returning before we leave! Plus, the portions are fantastic for the price, especially in a place like Nassau.

My family just had lunch at this restaurant, and it was wonderful. We ordered the buffalo tofu sandwich and the small spaghetti and meatballs, which I put in quotes because it felt like a pretty substantial portion. We absolutely loved the food. The staff were friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable for the area—$9 for each sandwich and $7 for the small spaghetti. As others have mentioned, there’s no seating available, so it’s take-out only. It can be challenging to find a taxi for the return trip, so it's best to call ahead to ensure your food is ready and have the same taxi take you back. It was fantastic to finally experience some local Bahamian flavors in a vegan version!

The establishment could use some cleanliness improvements. While the menu is quite creative, it’s essential for them to better maintain the kitchen hygiene.

I recommend calling in your order about 20 minutes before you're ready to pick it up for lunch; they always have it ready for you! I thoroughly enjoy my meals here. I had the buffalo crispy tofu yesterday, and it was absolutely delicious!
