The restaurant has been led since the beginning of 2023 by a young chef who has worked alongside Anne Sophie Pic, and his companion. Evening menu 39€, entrance, dish, desserts. In addition, the association of hairy green asparagus and green crumble is extra, with an explosion of flavors. More questionable the veal head, which reminds more of a smooth dough of rillettes: where have the crunchy sticky textures passed from the head?
