The staff and service at this restaurant were incredible. The cashier was exceptionally friendly and really brightened my day.

I made a mistake on my end and they went out of their way to fix it. Their customer service is top notch.

Of course, I came to the store by myself as a Japanese person and bought a latte and a mug, but the staff at the store were polite and accommodating even though...

Always crowded and a very slow drive thru! The case for every place in the area, unfortunately.

My most favorite place for coffee. Very friendly and job well done.
