Miranda Lambert's Casa Rosa

We were there a couple of weeks ago and had dinner. The staff was very friendly. In general, there really isn't much bad to say except. Our waiter was a little slow to check on our needs. But I don't know if they are understaffed or not. We had nachos with chili and other topping, which was an appetizer. It was easily big enough for 2 people to have it as an entree. My main dinner was a burrito, which it too was a real good size. Only complaint, I did not like the red sauce on top of it. It had a bitting, vinegary taste. And I don't mean bitting from heat. I can handle that. Other than that it was still a very nice experience. The ambiance was warm and welcoming.

Drinks were all too sweet and tasted pre batched. Even spicy marg tasted like sugar. Would have loved it if they had craft cocktails. Food was pretty good. Green salsa was the best, red tasted like ketchup.

I had so much fun at the 1st floor bar. Musicians were great, bartender staff was very attentive and friendly, and clean bathrooms. I'd definitely come back.

Super fun bar. Love the different levels and each one is unique. Rooftop is a must!

We loved everything about this location! The food was amazing! The Margarita’s was on point and the rooftop bar was jumping! We had such a great time!
