I guess southern hospitality didn't make it here. Website said closes at 9. Just before 8 one of the workers just walked around the drive-thru using the international symbol of offing someone by drawing his hand across his neck to let everyone know they were deciding to close. No apology no nothing great job!

Had a lady starting a fight with the staff,they handle it very well

Staff is wonderful! They’re always so nice and they greet me with a smile every time I come which is almost everyday… my food is always fresh,this location to me is the best one in Nashville. I give 10 stars!

2 weeks in a row now I've sat in line for 20 minutes for them to tell me the grill is down!! It is like McDonald's and the icecream machine

With only 3 cars ahead of me. Drive thru is continously slow and hardly ever acknowledge you at the speaker to let u know one way or the other that they are backed up, short staffed, or even care that you've been sitting there for 5 mins before they even say hello. so after u finally place your order, you'd think for the wait food would be fresh and hot! no!
