Wendy's - Nashville

Every time I come to this place, I get really good service and the lady at the window is very nice and pleasant. You have not compounded my order in food is always hot the fast food line is usually quite fast

Usually I would have bad things about Wendys due to previous problems with order accuracy and food quality, but I was pleasantly surprised with the silence of eating this recent visit. I stopped going to this particular place because of previous concerns. It looks like they have a new crew. There was a problem with not getting the updated baconator fries I ordered, but they quickly and professional made it right.

Not the best Wendy’s. Location is usually either understaffed or just slow. The location is also a mess with sticky floors.

The guy at the counter was the worst order taker. I had to repeat everything three times and he still got it wrong and overcharged me. When I complained to the manager he didn't seem to care at all When I got my order it was incomplete missing my sauce and my drink. One of the worst Wendy's experiences ever

I will NEVER eat here again. I waited 25 minutes for a mobile order of ghost nuggets of which sauce was supposed to be on the side. It was NOT! 1 small chicken sandwich and a baked potato. The front counter guy was some wannabe thug and lacked any personal skills. Same with guy wearing a manager shirt who said “ma’am we have a lot of mobile orders. That isn’t my problem! This is fast food. People in the lobby should take precedence over anyone else. And to top it off i got no apology; just excuses. Im expecting a refund
