To start this is the worst Wendy’s In Nashville The female working the development thru window was extremely rude and unprofessional. The food was cold after having to wait forever on Sat. March 19th 2022 Don’t patronize this branch
Waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes with no vehicles online in front, once 11 hit a worker finally said they’re not accepting any orders . Pretty much ran the clock so they wouldn’t have to take any more orders
If I had 0 stars for the last experience I had today, I would. we order thru through and after the order wrong, give us no reception, go back to the window and say that the order was wrong. they said they'd get what we lost. Yes, they didn't have us to go back our time through the whole line to tell them again. They wait for them to be done, and they had a attitude as if I had done something wrong. terrible experience! will not be here again.
8 people behind the counter now not included the one worker sitting down in the dining room and the other get a drink and they all just take one order at a time and will take no other order until they issue the other - all these workers and I am here 40 minutes and not yet get my food.
