Vui's Kitchen - Nashville

Abysmal, if you are thinking the words Vietnamese Kitchen this place should not sprint to mind. American consumerism has gotten it 's dirty hands on the previously untainted realm of Vietnamese cuisine and after Vui 's kitchen I can see the results. The atmosphere was completely backwards than what I would like to expect from a traditional Vietnamese restaurant and the food was all out of wack. I got the traditional pho which left me wanting more in terms of flavor In every part of the dish. Also all of the veggies were mixed into the soup from the get go, every bite had a bean sprout in it which was not what I desired I want to add bean sprout at my own pace thank you. The noodles also felt bland and the amount of chicken they put into my pho was lackluster at best. Price wasn 't bad. Overall NOT a good experience and if you are in the Nashville area and want an actual Vietnamese experience do not visit Vui 's. Lunch was exceptional with top-notch food and a great atmosphere, though service was just okay.

The food was excellent and the atmosphere was truly amazing. A must-visit restaurant! The service was top-notch, with a dine-in option available for dinner. The average price per person ranges from $20 to $30. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.
