Sushi Train - Nashville

Absolutely horrible service. Waitress was rude didn’t want to help. Barely anything on the sushi train. The food was absolutely awful too. The soy dish was dirty.

The sushi was good. The dining room is very large. Staff was nice.

Teriyaki Bento Box was trash....just being honest! Chicken was super bland tough. Salad had a lot of brown pieces. Avocado was brown in the California roll. Fried rice tasted like it was from a box of rice-a-roni...has to be the worst fried rice I've had....not fresh at all! Definitely won't return! Spoke to a Mgr was only offered a 20% discount. Picture shows what I left there because it was inedible.

Such a fun place. I used to eat at these type of places in Japan, Korea, and Hawaii and obviously this is landlocked, but its still great.

The food is really good, but the servers are extremely rude. I had a server yell at me because the food labels fell down on the conveyer belt and it caused a jam. The only problem was, I ordered the bento box and never once touched the conveyer belt with food on it. Again, the food is good and well priced, the wait staff leave much to be desired. Don’t expect them to be nice to you.
