A woman who just walked in received assistance before me, and then the staff ignored me again after that.
I spend more than 40 dollars a day. They don?t double toast when I ask for it. The food and coffee is cold all the time and the wait is long.
It's 2 PM, and there are ten people waiting inside with multiple drinks just sitting on the counter because they're not being picked up. This place is terrible! I've been waiting over thirty minutes for my coffee.
The staff at the cash register seem to be distracted and don’t pay attention. I've had to repeat my order multiple times, and when they finally repeat it back to me, it's not what I said. It's frustrating! I ended up buying a blender so I can make my own drinks instead.
This is the worst Starbucks in the Nashville metro area. They 're always slow, nobody ever knows anything. They 're always out of food items or certain drinks and/or syrups for certain drinks. Sometimes when you go inside the workers are standing around talking instead of offering to help make drinks or get food items. Sometimes there 's only one person on the register, when there 'll be people waiting in line, and this location is busy all day everyday. Many times I placed mobile orders and waited 15-20 minutes before arriving and my order still wasn 't ready. Starbucks has also watered down its espresso based drinks and various frappucinos. It 's always been expensive but it used to be worth it because you got bang for your buck.
