Starbucks - Nashville

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. All the negative reviews were accurate. The waitress didn't make eye contact and rolled her eyes every chance she could when I ordered my grande iced drink. It's not that serious.....

I have visited the Starbucks located inside the White Bridge Target several times and I have found that the experience is consistently below average. The limited menu options and lack of friendly service are disappointing. Despite this, I usually choose between the Brown Sugar Shaken and Cold Brew, both of which are tasty and meet my expectations. The service here is not necessarily rude, but it definitely lacks the friendliness that you would expect at a Starbucks. It is unfortunate to have to give this Starbucks only 2 stars, but unfortunately poor service seems to be the norm at this location.

I visit this restaurant almost every week before my therapy session. The staff is fantastic!

Order a London Fog and only got Early Grey Tea.The Barista also kept sticking her hand inside the cup.

The service was okay but the drink was trash, I could hear the employees barking at each other from behind the counter! I watch the incompetent soulless employee who didn’t bother to stir my drink or put the pumpkin cold foam seasoning on top as she constantly talked back to her manager. I had a really long day and was looking forward to a nice relaxing refreshment, but to my surprise my day was even more ruined by this venture! Thank you, I hope you take this very harshly and reflect upon the mistakes that were made!
