Roma Pizza Pasta - Nashville

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They messed up my order and kept me on hold for 10 minutes only to say, "I can't do anything for you, man," before hanging up on me. I would rate it -10/10. It’s not worth your money—stay away!

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza on June 30th around 10:30, and I have to say it was quite unsatisfactory — definitely one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. I won’t be choosing this place again. I can see why your rating is 3.7.

I frequently order from them on Uber Eats, and today I got takeout—specifically a Chicken Rancher Pizza and a Stromboli calzone. They were fantastic! The service was quick and excellent. I’ll definitely return.

Driver pulled n sat in the car as I waited for him to bring my pizza to me he stated he didn’t want his car stolen ok you a driver you supposed to come to my door also I ordered a small meat lovers all I taste is meat barley can’t taste the sauce n cheese they just put the meat on top like make my pizza the correct way guys

Update: place reached out and apologized and provided stellar customer service. Could have just been an off night. We all have them. The character they showed after shines.Place is straight trash. Ordered a gyro and they literally maybe had 5% meat in it and stuffed the rest with lettuce. I asked for sauce on the side and I guess that means no sauce at All. Never again from this place
