When we came back from memphis, we had one night to dinner free. given our success with my selection of husk in the night before, I was given carte blanche to choose another place to try. I have seen all the great restaurants that nashville (some are) has to offer, I decided to go with something outside the “typical”. south farewell, but a current booklet of nashville food scene, chef philip krajecks rolf and daughter.
Loved the ambiente and the service. also love the various foods of the cook that he puts together to make everything taste amazing. I have the chicken dish that was a big only meat dish. it was delish, but would recommend sharing and getting a page.
Eating on creative dressing of “Food” small to large portions we have our way through the menu starting with fantastic shishito and sink followed by burrata and thunfisch and ends with the very recommended gargenelli verde, their subtitles gay ragout pasta dish that was absolutely elevated – a must try menu item!
One of the very best restaurants I've eaten at. All pasta is homemade, in house, to order. Cocktails are mindbendingly good. My favorite place in Nashville.
