Panera Bread - Nashville

I 'm a manager for a group home for adults with intellectual disabilities. Today, one of my residents and I went out for lunch after running errands. We waited our turn in the line with everyone else during the crazy lunch hour and they opened another register as it was our turn. We go up to start ordering and after the manager talked with our cashier, she said 'The meals are on us. ' WOW! So kind and so thoughtful of Panera Bread to give us free lunch. I, myself, have always been a fan of this chain because I just love their food and the atmosphere but to see this kind of generosity and service is just phenomenal. That gentleman manager today really blew me away..! Even came back later to give us chocolate chip cookies. Thank you, Panera.

I had gone to this location today for lunch. After coming back to my office with my order I realized my order was incomplete. Unable to leave work I called the location. After speaking to the manager he advised he was going to have a driver bring me my missed item. Great customer service I must say!

Great service, food, and atmosphere. Both rapid pickup and bring to my table is fast.
