North Italia - Nashville

Usually we have a great experience with North Italia- in Birmingham. However, At the Green Hills Mall in Tennessee, today, the waitress was cold, unfriendly. She lost my order and served the table with only- sorry- it will be out late. 30 minutes later mine came. Others were almost finished. No compensation. No smile. Not what we were used to or expecting from North Italia. Would have been nice to have compensated us or a coupon or discount. 10/6/2:30 pm

I'm Italian and I find the food, wine and service always amazing. I love the atmosphere. Delicious dishes. It's my go to place

The food was terrible had to recook it twice . the order i wanted not availabe . the service is ok . Emma did a good job but not her fault the food is terrible .

It was my birthday lunch with my husband. Very non personal service. Food was good but had to ask for basic refills parm cheese etc I will go back but hope service is better

I'd like to say we frequent this restaurant often, but this was just subpar compared to our normal experience. Food was good, not great. Our server was great but we were sat next to a bunch of rambunctious teenagers and it just made our dining so much more stressful for our toddler. I'll always request to sit in the front section since the back is apparently reserved for big groups.
