Jet's Pizza Green Hills - Nashville

Decided to stop at conquest. great decision. after eating the special ordered to go a large detroit style pep sausage. best Jet’s I was in nashville. Thank you Christ! the pizza was very clean.

First of all, this is not what I ordered, and it just came up like that. I called the load to let them know that this is not what I ordered, and they just argued with me and told me that they only do what is on the ticket. they were extremely rude and simply acted as if they were not interested. I don't know how they're still open with this lack of customer service. there are better places with better employees, I hate to write a bad review, but I don't want anyone to have this experience!

The Pizza is great!! The service is fine and the text to ordering works perfect and you get 15% off. The people complaining about using the websites and/or the text to order must not be savvy with using a phone or computer. Hands down the best chain pizza in Nashville. Anyone giving Jets a 2 star review because they couldn't figure out how to order online needs to be ignored. Five star!
