I was charged too much and they couldn't find my order at first. I won't be going back. ?
I always order by text message for a bit of a discount then complete the order online with my card on the phone 15 minutes later when i show up there it is ready. love it, no complaints.
I'm scratching my head at the negative ratings for this place. I guess don't order delivery from here! They're down the street from me so I chose to pickup and today, they were my first pizza order in Nashville after living here for over six months. I just had to fill the craving for pizza. So happy I chose Jet's! I picked up my order and it was ready exactly when they said it would be online. The gentlemen behind the counter were super friendly and the parking was a breeze. Now, the pizza. Well, just look at the photo! It's packed with toppings, the right amount of cheese and sauce, and the thin crust is delicious. I got a small pizza and could only eat two pieces as it was super filling. I ordered the veggie pizza and splurged on sausage. They put the right amount for me and it was very flavorful. This will be my go to for pizza parlor for sure.
Tabatha has got to be the worst employee that could have ever existed. Especially as the manager/supervisor you should have at least better customer service skills. I paid a lot of money to have my pizza delivered and the service your establishment contracted (DoorDash) never delivered the food. You refused to improve the experience whatsoever and proceeded to say I don 't know what you want me to do . Even a 10% discount and resending the item would have made me feel about it. Nope. Your condescending tone and lack of empathy is disappointing.
