Great first visit after recommended by a local. Got the mild chicken tenders and tried out a couple sides. We liked the beans and fries the best! Most definitely will be back! So juicy, so flavorful, so delicious!Food: 5/5

I 'm always quite skeptical about hyped chicken spots but I have to say it was legit. Super juicy tender fried chicken, what more do you need!?I ordered tenders that were hot while my kiddo got southern . I was worried southern was going to be too bland but the chicken itself is so flavorful you can 't go wrong. As for the hot it had great flavor and the heat wasn 't too spicy that it took away from the meal.All the sides we tried were good, nothing left us unhappy. As for the lemonade it 's the sweetest I 've ever had.I 'd definitely go back and maybe try some of the bone in chicken options.

Great staff! And it was so fast at 10:30 at night on a Friday night. But let me tell ya, I hide high HIGH expectations for some Nashville Hot Chicken. I have a pretty high spice tolerance, so I did the HOT and it was phenomenal. Especially after a few drinks.. just what I needed! The grits… phenomenal. All of it… phenomenal. I want to go back already. We had the orange creamsicle and it was good too!

On a recent trip to Nashville, we were committed to trying hot chicken from a few places. We tried three. Of those three, Hattie B 's is by far the best. The lines are long, but after eating at two different locations, I can see why. Best advice is try to get there at an off peak time... I don 't know that there is such a time, so forget about it and wait in line. You won 't be sorry. Try the bacon and cheese grits if you can 't settle on a side. Be brave but be warned. Shut the Cluck Up! is no joke hot. It hits hard the whole way.

This is the best hot spicy chicken in Nashville! My wife and I tried 3 hot chicken places in Nashville. Hattie B 's is the Best; best in service, best in chicken, best in sides. There was no comparison to the others in service from the staff and sides. The other 2 well known places had great chicken too, but lacked in all the other areas. Hattie B 's is the best. Out spice level on all meals was Shut the Cluck Up . We had the small white plate, grilled jumbo tender plate with all their sides. Bacon Cheddar grits was the best side, but all were delicious. Long wait, but is Highly recommended!
