Przekaż informację zwrotnąHathorne has superior service, a beautiful ambience, good food and obscene good cocktails. My mother and I shared 4 small plates and 1 large and had remains. We are used to tapas like places that stingy, but this is not the case with Hathorne! The bread made in the house was one of the stars. But everything was good; the small plates are generous and thoughtful. Our large plate was a red bass with sun throttle, and it was very creatively spiced. All we had was very interesting and unique, with which I think Nashville food really struggles. Not Hathorne take them risks with their food, but are not too strange to eat. All their things are very calculated; it pays off. We had no dessert, but we had every dessert cocktail. That said: Do not miss the amelie for dessert as long as it is on the menu. It is listed with cocktails, but it is an absolute treat and is a great compromise if you are full of dinner.
It's hard to describe how fabulous our dinner was in Hathorne. I don't want to increase your expectation too high, but just want to encourage you to go have a wonderful meal and experience it for yourself. I was recently in Nashville to visit my family. We all went for dinner and were treated after a delicious dish. I had the feeling that the cooks had a very good time because each dish was full of inspiration and taste. The service was everything you would want from a fine restaurant in Nashville. Everyone was welcoming, attentive and real; especially the owner John Stephenson. I am not interested in new courts that were created only for flash or innovation. The dishes and drinks in Hathorne are perfectly prepared with flavors that can surprise but at the same time work together wonderfully for a very satisfying evening. It was the best restaurant I ever had in Nashville. I can't wait to return.
We had a reservation of 7:30 and arrived unexpectedly early. The staff could get us in earlier. With the parking information of the website we were able to park behind the McDonalds next door. This information was extremely helpful as we drove a truck that is not always easy to find road parking. The atmosphere of the restaurant was welcoming. It seemed to be the scholarship hall of a church whose remains were integrated into the decor. The tables were approximately spaced apart to enable a simple conversation without interference from adjacent tables. The seats consist of gravel and comfortable chairs. The waiting staff was attentive and the owner visited our table. But the star of the night was eating and drinking. I tried the two small plates, the pork ribs with acidic vegetable Slave and the frits. Both were delicious. I liked most of all the sour vegetable Slaves. It paired nicely with the sweetness of the pork ribs. Also the frits were good and had an Aioli dip that made them unique. My partner had the fried chicken a la carving with brown butter sweet potatoes. He loved his meal. I barely ate something. The chicken was perfectly cooked with a delicious crispy. The brown butter sweet potatoes were also unique with a genuine sweetness used for them instead of traditional sweet spices with sweet potatoes. But the most interesting part of the meal was the signed alcohol-free cocktail. On the recommendation of the waiter after investigating if I were okay with spices, I tried the suzette. It is made with sea dlip garden, pineapple, lime and Habanero. You could taste the pineapple and the lime and the Habanero was the last touch of each swallow. Well worth the experience if you like a hot spices. Overall, Hathorn was an excellent culinary experience and I highly recommend it. And something else. We left a hat at the table. When we came back, they had already called our daughter who had made the reservation to let us know that they had our article. Great customer service!
Remarkably friendly and fast service and absolutely delicious food from the beginning to the end. The cocktails are fresh and delish. Fries safe. Everything was just so good. With regard to the recent 2 star rating, please do not. There's always someone who's not happy!
Fantastic birthday celebration! Mark John went above beyond to ensure the special day was a memorable one. Food was outstanding, service remarkable and atmosphere exactly what we had in mind! Many thanks!
