Przekaż informację zwrotnąOh, it was so good again! While some people have mentioned having a bad experience, we've always found the staff to be exceptional. Ben was our server, and he was fantastic. We ordered the bass, salmon, steak fries, and pork chops, and everyone praised the quality of both the food and the service.
The drinks are reasonably priced and delicious, and the food is great, particularly the trout.
I'm not sure why the reviewer gave this place 1 star, but our party of four had a fantastic time with delicious food and excellent service. For appetizers, we tried the caprese pizza, beet with goat cheese, pimento steak biscuits, and salad wraps. For our main courses, we had Atlantic salmon, steak fries, quinoa stir-fry with salmon, and lamb. All the dishes were outstanding, and everyone commented on their quality, presentation, and taste! I had the lamb, and it was perfect. Not everyone enjoys lamb, especially when it's slow-roasted instead of grilled, but it was exceptional. I swapped the fries for potato purée, which complemented the lamb beautifully. Our waiter was attentive without being overbearing, and he didn't hover around us. We even brought a small birthday cake, which the waiter was happy to cut and serve, even though we hadn't ordered any desserts. They were very gracious about it! We finished with coffee, and everyone left satisfied!
The restaurant had great reviews, so we decided to try it. the service was absolutely terrible. we waited for two hours for our food! our waiter brought us to eat, which were by far the best part of the meal. After talking to the manager, she could get us our food, which was mediocre. she said she would compensate for the meal, but not. overall, I would not recommend this location. the atmosphere is beautiful and the live music was the only thing that kept us.
I want to start off by saying that I work in the Culinary Industry and this was probably one of my WORST experiences at a restaurant. We came in New Years Eve for dinner. We sat down and waited about 10 minutes before anyone came and welcomed us and took our order. Our original waiter was also the bartender, which was not going to work. The bartender told us they were short staffed and you could tell. Their was 6 people at my table and he started off by taking our orders with out writing anything down. I had to tell him to get a pen and paper. We also ordered drinks and they all came out at different times. At one point, we had to grab another waitress around us to check on our drinks. My mother went and found the general manager and asked for our waiter to be changed because having the bartender as the waiter was not working. So we received a new waitress and she really did try her best to make us happy. Our food took about 1.5 hours to come out and it wasn't even hot. I ordered the eggplant parmesan and it was awful. My parents ordered the steak and fries and the fries were extremely soggy and cold. We complained and our waitress brought out new ones which were hot but still soggy. Overall this was a terrible pick for our New Years Eve dinner. From my personal experience working in the Culinary Industry, if you end up being short staffed on one of your busiest nights of the year, turn people away who do not have a reservation or better yet just stay closed if you are that short staffed. This restaurant not only had terrible service but the food was bad too.
