They havent been doing as good lately. Idk if its new employees or managers, but every time i order a sourdough breakfast sandwich with sausage I always get bacon. I also didnt receive my donut either. Each time I Order a Iced coffee they never blend the sugar in the coffee while its hot then add it to the cold mixture. I just get big clumps of sugar in my coffee. Maybe the person doesnt know how to make iced coffee and thats okay. But i just wanted to bring it to the attention of people who order from here. That they can avoid these items cause they arent made to your customization. But everything else is fine.
The iced latte tasted very burnt had basically no caramel in it. There was also no straw. The everything bagel bites were okay.
Everything was great. Typical Dunkin quality. Sad that they forgot my munchkins. Why is it they always forget the munchkins regardless if I order through delivery or their mobile app.
On Valentines Day, I placed a mobile order for the specialty donuts. When I got to the window, I was told they were out of them (it wasn't even noon). I said to cancel the order. They did not. I later reported this to corporate because I initially wasn't going to do anything about it. Nothing was done. It's not the money. It's a matter of principle. Starbucks wouldn't blow off a customer.
