Dunkin' - Nashville

I walked to this Dunkin' from the hotel where we were staying and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly, especially the cashier, Q. He even helped my son choose a donut!

Absolutely the worst Dunkin' Donuts experience ever! I was out skateboarding and ordered a refresher and a bottle of water for my dog through the app. When I arrived, they didn't have any bottled water available. No problem, they offered me a large cup of ice water for my dog, but I thought they would automatically refund me for the $2.99 bottle. Wrong again! Instead of issuing a refund, they suggested other items, which I couldn’t take since I was on my skateboard. They wouldn’t give me cash or credit back for the missing water. The Dunkin’ Donuts on 21st Street is the only one worth visiting in Nashville. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location altogether. 0 stars!

During my visit from New York in the summer of 2022, I had the chance to buy a drink and sit outside to take in the beautiful view. I absolutely loved the coffee and admired the cheerful spirit of the Nashville locals!

Fantastic donut????????. Always like their glazed donut with a cup of hot latte. Wonderful customer service.

Don't waste your money, the service is horrible, the coffee is nasty, the store is dirty, and the staff are slow. I waited 15 minutes for a small cup of coffee and ended up throwing it out.
