It 's a busy 'locals ' spot, and the food is great I particularly like the serrano peppers as a veggie option, which you won 't find at most of the big burrito chains. Lastly, this is a small and locally owned business, and the owner is a humble guy who personally works here every day, so you can enjoy great food while also feeling good about supporting the local economy.
It seems to me that places like this are popping up everywhere so I was not that excited to go. Boy was I wrong, the service was extremely fast and the food was delicious. The prices are fair especially for downtown Nashville. They drink and salsa selection was impressive (they even had fruit tea). Definitely some where I would recommend and go to again.
One of those places still left in the city where the price is right, despite the tough economy. A carneasada burrito half the size at oscars 2 blocks down, cost the same, and looks like a taco. This place is king for any hungryman taco lover. That 15' burrito is where its at!
I got the typical 12' burrito with chicken. I wouldn't give this place high marks for a creative menu (it's just like Moe's or Blue Coast Burrito), but the one they made for me was better than I typically get from those other places. They do make bowls, so you can cut the tortilla carbs!
Great spot in downtown Nashville. Trust me: GET THE NACHOS.
