The food was impressive overall. My only minor issue was that the risotto was quite thick and extremely cheesy, while the polenta could have used a bit more salt. The risotto had good flavor, but I expected it to be creamier and less dense (not soupy). When there's too much cheese, it tends to become sticky if it cools down, which is my small concern. On the other hand, the beef tartare, salmon, and French onion soup were outstanding! The coq au vin was incredibly comforting and delicious! The wine selection is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is cozy with a tight-knit feel. It's an affordable spot that won’t break the bank, making it well worth it for a classic fine dining experience!

In summary, it was an exceptional experience! The restaurant offered a warm and relaxing atmosphere, with elegantly arranged tables complete with tablecloths and cloth napkins. Our culinary adventure began with a delicious fondue appetizer that combined honey, Brie, and truffle oil. For the main courses, the Beef Bourguignon featured slow-roasted beef shoulder simmered in burgundy wine, resulting in a mouthwatering flavor. The Duck Chambord was equally impressive, consisting of roasted duck breast accompanied by Chambord, fresh berries, Brabant potatoes, and carrots. The side of mixed vegetables was the perfect complement to our meal. To conclude this delightful culinary journey, we enjoyed a Trio of desserts—poached pear Helene, crème brûlée, and a chocolate torte served with ice cream—which made for a wonderful ending. A chef's kiss to the deliciousness we experienced!

The food and service were quite good. The escargot were tasty, though they could have used a bit more salt to enhance their flavor. Overall, the dishes were delicious, and the waitstaff were incredibly attentive. We definitely plan to return!
