Bruegger's Bagels - Nashville

Everything was good. I do prefer my bagels toasted and the ones I got were not. I ordered one of the Sriracha Honey Sunrise which is an everything bagels with bacon, egg cheese, it was pretty good considering delivery time. Then I ordered a 3 Bagels (3) assortment of blueberry, cinnamon sugar plain. I also got a couple tubs of cream cheese. There is enough cream cheese in one tub for all 3 bagels. The cinnamon sugar was my favorite. The only reason they got 4 stars from me is because the bagels were not toasted and I was given no option to choose to have them toasted.

I ordered the Turkey everything bagel! I didn't get the everything bagel, it was plan with one slice of turkey and dead lettuce. the hash browns were the size of a golf ball. The bagel was so hard I couldn't bite it. I spent $19.00 on something I couldn't eat!

Even though my order was for an Herby Turkey and Western with hashbrown I received a lox bagel and a jalapeno cheddar bagel. My order tag was correct on the bag but nothing was right inside.

My toasted everything bagel with cream cheese came unsliced, toasted and without cream cheese.

Big bagel, but the experience was just terrible (I have never written a review in my life, but this experience was just terrible). I don't know? Maybe this woman had a bad day. But the staff was very rude. I don't think I'm going back. I just wanted to mention someone thinking about asking a question about the menu. Don?t.
