Mgrs doesn't know the McDonald's app. And rude about it

The food was good. 1/2 and 1/2 to the comfort of the drive thru employee. But for what it is, a decent place.

Typically, I use the drive, and the staff is polite and efficient.

The overnight and and early am employees are some of the rudest most disrespectful people I've ever encountered. Great way too start the day. I'll never eat at this McDonald's again, and maybe not any other. McDonald's seems to put zero value in customer service and just plain common decency. Not the first time I left this store mad, but it's definitely the last.

This is my closest McDonald's. I've had decent service a few times, but last time I ordered over mobile. I had proof on my phone that I already payed for the order and it was the right address. The girl night manager told me it wasn't her problem and to get out for her window times. Makes me never wanna go back there..
