Yoshimama - Nashua

The sushi and sashimi at this restaurant are absolutely amazing, possibly the best quality in the Hillsboro area. The drinks are good and reasonably priced, and their appetizers are also very well executed.

I am a frequent sushi eater and often make my own using tuna and salmon from Costco, which I find to be of higher quality and freshness compared to most sushi restaurants. Yoshimama is a decent place, but nothing extraordinary in my opinion. Considering the quality, I found it a bit expensive, but I have noticed that restaurants in Nashua tend to be pricey. For $34, I received an eel cucumber avocado roll, 1 salmon maki roll, and 4 pieces of tuna sashimi. The service was quick, they had social distancing shields between tables, and the waitress was very polite. Overall, it was a pleasant experience but not outstanding.

The interior of the restaurant is well-maintained and cozy, with sturdy dividers between tables. The sushi was incredibly fresh and delicious, the best I have had in a long time. I will definitely be returning to this place regularly.

I am happy with everything that it is all very tasty, but I don't like the masking of the server. I feel that it is time for smiles to make a comeback in the service industry! missing service with a smile.

My absolute favorite Japanese restaurant! Seating, service, and food are all awesome! I recommend the Yoshimama ramen with the soy base and beef for your first visit. You can't go wrong with the other options, though!
