Wendy's - Nashua

It feels like the woman at the drive-thru is being held hostage. She doesn't say a word and never shows any expression. She barely manages to hand over my drink and food. The food itself is just okay.

The food was fantastic! The fries were hot and crispy, and the sandwiches were freshly made and delicious. I also really enjoyed the kirsch vanille soda and the pfefferminze frosty; both were excellent. The bathroom and dining areas were kept very clean. Kudos to the staff!

I believe that the restaurant should hire staff who speak English fluently. If they can't understand my requests, I find it difficult for them to take my order correctly.

Great wendys. for years be at this place and rarely have problems and eating is always at the point. can sometimes be a little slow on the running gear thru, but not so bad I am patient. I usually go at night so I can't speak for the employees on the morning and quality.

The drive through service was decent. However, that's the only good thing I can say. We were told to pull up and wait because the chicken wasn't ready. 10 minutes later, a nice lady gave us our order. My daughter was half way into her chicken sandwich and noticed ⅓ of it was completely RAW! Drove back to show them and was offered a refund for just the chicken and the missing fries.
