Above our table, there were towels or some sort of fabric hanging in the rafters. The landscaping was lacking, with weeds sprouting in the cracks of the sidewalk and in the flower beds. Given that this is a golf course, I expected the grounds to be well-maintained. Instead of the upscale experience I anticipated at Granville Inn, I received more of a Denny's vibe. In fact, the last Denny’s I visited was cleaner, and I didn’t have to worry about something falling into my food. The food itself was just okay—nothing more.
The food was amazing! The service was outstanding! And the view is stunning! It's only a 5-minute drive from our home, which makes it even more convenient!
This restaurant is truly a remarkable place to dine. The views of the golf course are stunning, creating a beautiful backdrop for your meal. We've always been pleased with the food, and the service is outstanding. You can tell that the waitstaff take great pride in their work, which elevates the dining experience. Jeff, the head chef, makes it a point to visit each table to ensure that his guests are satisfied.
We had reservations for noon, seated at 1p and didn't get our food til 2p. Meanwhile everyone who arrived after us had been seated and left before we received our food. Great mother's day experience.... Everyone was late for the other plans that they had for the day. The restaurant was nearly empty by time we received our food. It was a wonderful wait with a 3 and 4 year old being extremely well behaved until the wait became ridiculously long. Most of the food was sub-par.
Who would know how the food is? Waited and waited to be seated. Finally got up and walked out. Hostess didn't have a clue what was going on
