Pancharatna - The Gateway Hotel

We stayed at the The Gateway hotel, ambad nashik last weekend and visited their Indian restaurant going by the zomato ratings. I'd never eaten a non veg thali before this and when we got the thali, the sheer variety of dishes baffled me ! There was a mutton dish, a chicken dish and tons of Sabji's and daal. My fav's from the thali were the amti, mutton kalarassa and pithla excuse the spellings I'm going by what the servers told me) . Great food but slow service ...maybe we went in too late and the servers were a little lost...waiting to try other things there. My genuine rating would be a 3.5

Long long ago, I was all alone in Nashik. No food nowhere to go. All I had was cash and an ever wandering mind. Plus my family was along. That’s when I stepped in this wonderful place. Not only did we dine we also stated back for 2 days. Well along The Taj group of Hotels have never disappointed me on any of their franchises. The perfectly trained staff serving the most meticulously prepared food makes the penny worth its goodness on life. Here’s is all goodness, welcome to The Taj ! —

Luxury dining experience at Taj Gateway hotel. It was a company get together over there. The ambience is really great as expected and food is also good. It's nicely placed in the corner. The staff is courteous and were serving the breads hot to the guests. There was a large variety of desserts and each one of them was good.

Poha and tawa paratha was yummy ... Rest try to be more innovative... Love this place second time visit n i feel like home ... Bas try to be more creative in food ..

The Taj Experience as we all call it however being a Friday this place was empty. Me and my wife with my two lovely daughters visited this place around 08:00 pm. Called for reservation and that guy took like 20 minutes to call back and reconfirm. Once we gave our vehicle to the valet it was quite a surprise to find all the tables empty. The other way of putting this would be a chartered restaurant just for my family. The Ambience: Just about right however could have been better.
