An original concept of Argentinian nature. We had a stop, a very pleasant welcome, and an atypical setting. Knowing Latin cuisine, the sauces are good. It is a stop to discover, the only flat is that I find a little expensive: a choripan (Sandwich à la sausage), certainly with salad and tomato, and fries barquette, for €14.50 in the end, it is expensive, plus local beer at almost €5... It's a shame, it's local, we understand, but...

And to say that we had hesitated on our way to Compostela to turn to the Cascade! We loved everything, tasty ratatouille with skewers of incredible tenderness and cooking, originality and freshness of the South American sauces to the discussion of our lives with the so charming and generous owner of the places, of this meal the feet in the grass in the dream of what was this old building and of the place of encounters and art that it will become hopefully a day.
