Didn't go in so.no opinion on the atmosphere of this place. The service was decent. The food subpar from what it used to be. Definitely subpar for the cost of $22 for a sandwich bag ofhalf stale chips and a coke.

Asked for pizza with no onions. They took it back and removed onions from top not thinking that there were onions under the cheese and ingredients. Staff doesn't care about your business. Go somewhere else.

Me okay..sea salt and vinegar.. Term 2 PM absolutely stoic...stone faced...zero expression or life... No hellos? No thank yous.... Been bringing my mom till she passed here for years ..I enjoy it...reminds me of mom....nope... no more again...ever again .you may explain to your rude, Maroon haired little snot that because of her....I shall never be back. She is racist and just killed the whole Christmas vibe the second I walked in.. It takes a lifetime to develop a reputation and to develop relationships with customers...and in the span of 4 mins...she killed my opinion of this place...bye

I do love the original sandwich! The bread is very good! Can’t no one do it like Schlotzsky’s!

The sandwich was delicious. My only complaint is that no one said anything to me, no hi or anything.
