Stepping into this mom-and-pop haven, you're immediately enveloped in warmth, courtesy of the genuinely kind staff. Heeding the advice of fellow food enthusiasts and our attentive server, we embarked on a culinary journey with the Thai Style Orange Chicken, Shrimp Fresh Roll, and the Seafood Pad See Ew—extra spicy, naturally. The Thai Orange Chicken, with its delicate, crispy batter encasing tender chicken slices, drenched in a tangy, sweet, and subtly spicy sauce, was much unlike any Americanized orange chicken I've chowed down on at the local take out spots. It stood out from any orange chicken I've tasted around these parts and was unique; in a really good way! The Shrimp Fresh Roll, wrapped in a delicate rice paper and infused with fragrant Thai basil, paired perfectly with a sumptuous peanut dipping sauce. It's a delightful choice, whether you're in the mood for a light appetizer or a main course. The Pad See Ew, my go-to benchmark for Thai restaurants, did not disappoint. Ordered at a spice level 5, and with an added splash of their exquisite chili oil, it hit all the right notes. This dish delivered everything I crave: depth, heat, and that unmistakable wok-fried flavor. For those who champion local businesses and have a penchant for Thai food, Bangkok House should be at the top of your list. I can't recommend it enough—stop by and let your taste buds revel in the experience. Parking: Free parking, outside the restaurant and along the strip mall. Kid-friendliness: This is a kid friendly restaurant; bring your kiddos! The staff is warm and welcoming, plus the environment is friendly Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is ADA accessible.
Quiet and simple Thai rest with a very flavorful menu. Massaman Curry is excellent. Very reasonably priced.
The food was amazing. It isn't a fancy place but that doesn't matter. Family owned and operated. Authentic to the core. We had Pad Thai, Satay chicken and orange chicken. All were delicious and we had to take leftovers home.
The service is fast, but friendly and the food is fresh and light. I’ve been a handful of times and every experience has been tops!
I work down the street from here and anytime I crave thai food this place is my go to! The food is delicious, the customer service outstanding! If you ever in the neighborhood give it a try! The orange chicken is a must!
