Baked - Narre Warren South

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the rude customer service. The staff was not friendly at all. This place used to be known for its welcoming atmosphere and delicious banh mi, but I've noticed some significant changes. The sandwich had very few vegetables, the rolls were much smaller than before, and they no longer prepare it in the traditional Vietnamese style. It seems like there are new employees, and both the quality of the food and the service have declined. I cannot recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.

Terrible Bahn Mi in Melbourne, and the staff are incredibly rude with unacceptable food handling practices. I was fortunate not to dine in. I witnessed them handling money and then touching the spoon ends with their bare hands before serving them with coffee. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

Pork roll very saulty and a lack of sauce.Suggestion: less sault and hoisin sauce and include lettuce.The customer service was great.I want to support local businesses so I'll come back to check it out in a few weeks
