I was there trying to use the station to order my meal. all stations tried and none of them worked. they just said I didn't even put one in my order. had been on the air for 3 minutes and not a worker even recognized me. tried the Mecca app and there was a mistake. we wanted to go back to one of the stationary and other people were served and the station began to work. I only have 15 minutes from the time I went to risky very my order.
Menu not great.Wanted the plant based burger, they really had no idea what I wanted.Went elsewhere
I recently visited McDonald's in Narrabri, NSW, and I have a couple of observations regarding the facilities. Firstly, I noticed that there is only one toilet available for men. Considering the location of this McDonald's right on the Newell Highway, it tends to get busy with travelers. It would be greatly appreciated if there were more clean and available toilet facilities to accommodate the influx of customers. Additionally, I encountered an issue with the self-serve terminal. The terminal was out of receipt paper, which meant that the order number couldn't be printed. This made it a bit inconvenient and confusing, especially during peak hours when it's important to keep track of orders. It would be beneficial if the terminal's paper supply is regularly checked and replenished to ensure a smooth and efficient ordering process. Overall, while McDonald's in Narrabri, NSW, offers the usual fast-food experience, it would greatly improve customer satisfaction if there were more toilet facilities for men, especially considering the high traffic location, and if the self-serve terminals were consistently provided with receipt paper to avoid any inconveniences.
