Przekaż informację zwrotnąI tried to book the restaurant over the phone and was told that they’d no availability. We checked the website and there appeared to be availability online so we called back and questioned this. Suddenly, there was availability but the extremely rude and dismissive receptionist suggested we could just book online. Due to lack of clarity I insisted on booking over the phone. When all was booked and I asked for the ladies name, she hung up. We didn’t receive a confirmation email so I contacted them both via Instagram and email and heard nothing. Obviously we didn’t bother heading out to the venue for fear that it would be a wasted journey. Shocking treatment of potential customers and not reflective of all the wonderful people that we met elsewhere in Narbonne. Regardless of food, wine etc, treating people like this is simply unacceptable and unprofessional.
A wonderful experience that contained the total picture. After a trip from Monaco to Barcelona we had already visited a number of good restaurants, but this one stood head and shoulders above. At first, we came to taste wine, but we decided to stay for dinner. We enjoyed a 5-course menu. We often had fish and shellfish in recent days. So, it was nice that we had a bit more variety here. After taking a seat, we were immediately offered wine and small snacks. For example, I ate a salmon roll with spinach. As a starter I had a special egg with different kinds of fish and a sorbet. I didn’t know what to expect (especially with the sorbet, egg and fish combination), but it turned out delicious. The egg in combination with the anchovies surprised me in a positive way. Then we also received a beautifully decorated plate with a piece of quiche with goat cheese. After that we were offered the main meal. In my case crispy pigeon with goose liver and a filling of various green vegetables including spinach and peas. While we were eating, they also came by with different own made wines and that for a very sensible price. The service was always very friendly in contrast to restaurants in city’s where everything needs to go very fast, here they were very calm and always gave a nice description of the food. Therefore, you could really relax and enjoy the beautiful view and the amazing meals. The interior was not really special. Simply white and very orderly. There didn't really have to be any eye-catchers or special things. That would only disturb the quiet environment and the beautiful view. As desert I took a simple but very tasteful chocolate cake.
This is casual gastromic. The lunch hour menu doesn't bring back money. I guess it's just a promotion of the cellar, so the high quality menu is at low price. The dish is all original of Chef.A wonderful restaurant is here.
Visiting the south of the france on our hd motorcycles, we went through the castle the hospital, the house of the wines of Gerard bertrand. We started with an interesting visit to the castle, guided professionally by thibaut de braquilanges (World Director of the travel retail), including a walk through the vineyard itself and the winery with its huge stock of wines of aging,. Very impressive. After that, we had light lunch on the restaurant's terrace the art of living of the chef de cuisine laurant chabert, who prides himself on defending a sort of kitchen from the farm to the fork that supplies as much as possible with seasonal products from the surrounding area. we started with a refreshing soft-beam, followed by the green asparagus entrance of Narbonne/Collioure Ansjovy/Cut egg low temperature/sorbet and main dish steam bar net/small peas/vervein of the vegetable/citronal; all exquisite in taste and great presentation. a beautiful rose gerard bertrand volcanic, chateau la wildonne, 2016. impressed by the overall experience of lunch (the service was very attentive and friendly!), we decided to come back in the evening for the "jazz on friday", with like the jazz band "boni
