Sunshine Kebabs Northlakes - Narangba

Very pleasantly surprised and I never do reviews, but I felt these guys deserved it. Very friendly and a tasty authentic fresh kebab. Nice to see real meat being used too. You really can taste the difference.

Ordered chicken kebab thru ubereats and I was send lamb. I don't eat lamb, if I did, then that's what I would have ordered. Now the restaurant is closed and they've just charged me $13 for a kebab that I didn't want. I AM NEVER GOING TO RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO EVERY SINGLE PERSON I KNOW.

I purchased a kebab through Subshine Kebabs Flinders Parade, North Lakes to be delivered through Uber Eats. The kebab was missing all salad and consisted of literally meat and sauce. It had oil dripping off of it. Completely inedible. I contacted the store and asked that they remake and deliver my kebab. I was asked to return the kebab and they would send it into head office for approval to replace my order. I advised the store that I would not be doing that. If I wanted to drive to the store and collect my order I would not of paid a delivery fee to Uber eats to deliver my order. Additionally waiting for head office to agree to replace my kebab did not fulfil my immediate problem of eating the food I had ordered because I was hungry. I asked that they remake my kebab and pay the delivery fee to Uber eats to deliver my item. They refused and then asked that I send a photo of my kebab into them so that they could send it onto head office. I agreed to send a photo, following which I expect that they will immediately deliver a new kebab to me. They again refused and even refused to provide a number for me to send the photo to, which again they requested the photo. I was asked repeatedly at that point to return my kebab to the store before I finally gave up and told the store that this was an unacceptable resolution, I would be writing a complaint and I disconnected the call. Absolutely horrible food and disgraceful customer service.

Been getting Kebabs here for some years but in the last 3 months it’s gone from bad to worse. 3 kebabs tonight 1 no meat at all, 2nd one no sauces and a few pieces of meat, 3rd one also no sauces no cheese and all 3 35%Carrot 35% onion tried calling them to let them know and phone just continues to ring ot! I’m guessing they don’t want to hear all the complaints!
