Gloria Jean's Coffees Burpengary

Didn 't receive two drinks, which came to $11.95 in an order that totalled $84.69. Food arrived cold and soggy, and the delivery driver didn 't give us the drinks we ordered. We don 't live that far from the restaurant (5.4km) so I was disappointed when the food was suboptimal. Called the restaurant with my order number, where the person on the phone obviously didn 't look up or acknowledge my order, then to be told oh sorry , then there was awkward silence and then the phone hung up on me without any resolution to the missing drinks. The meals are overpriced for what you get for your dollar and not value for money. Will not be ordering from here again!

This place used to be good! The last couple of times we've eaten there the food just hasn't been great and the servings small. Last time we went for dinner we went to a different restaurant for dessert on the way home because we were both still hungry...

Went there for my birthday and the meals didn't come out at the same time and from when the first meal came out to the last the first person had finish their. Had to wait 15 mins for our drinks and the came out at different times and the last drink to come out was a can of pepsi. Then the next day received a call from them say we need to pay $50 more as we were not changed right and then when my husband went to pay it it was $60 . Will not be back as was not happy with the service and really not happy with the manager. I wish we didn't go there for my birthday and went somewhere else as the service would have been so much better would not be hard to get better service then there. So unhappy with this place

Organized a party dinner which dinners and drinks were spread out after the night was done and paid for I got a call stating I need to pay extra money !!! I paid the amount I was told on the night and then to get a call stating I must pay more was unbelievable!!! Service was average with only one person on for most time!!! It's bull.... That the owner called for extra money once night was completed!!! 10000% not going again !!! Food was average aswell

I have to give 3 stars for this one : The Philly Cheesesteak Burrito tasted amazing but I paid twenty whole dollars through Uber eats the delivery was only $5) for a burrito the size of my palm! No sides, no drink, just the little snack of a burrito. I’m so sad to be $20 down and still so hungry! I think I’ll have to stick with Guzmans, for their actual adult size burritos and their value for money. I’m so disappointed!
