Perfect Twist Pretzels - Nappanee

With new ownership, the pretzel quality has improved significantly and they are consistent. Their hours are so nice too! I love when they have pigs n a blanket special and wish they’d have it year round!

Every time i order somwthung is missing. When i call about it employee was rude and did nothing about it. Poor customer service. Need to make sure entire order is complete before delivery.

Their cinnamon sugar pretzel bites are delicious? stop in for a treat? you won’t regret it? they also have pizza etc… Definitely want to come back!

This place is housed in Coppes Commons. We had noticed it on our trip into Nappanee. We tried a couple of times but we did not time it for when they were open. Finally at the end of our month's stay in the area we made it here. Atmosphere is small and open to the popcorn store. It was pleasant but nothing to rave about. Our young ladies working behind the counter were friendly and informative. Diligently making the pretzels and serving at the same time. The pretzels were the BEST we have ever had. We were thinking we would have a couple of pretzels for dinner. They have Pretzel pockets and of course pretzels. We ordered a ham and cheese pocket and an original pretzel. The pocket was surprizing and excellent. We shared it and were thrilled. The Original Pretzel was hot out of the oven and lightly salted. She dipped it in (what we think was butter) and served it. The dipping sauces were a $1 upcharge. We got a cheese dipping sauce. The pretzel was perfect! Warm, chewy and tasty goodness. Soft homemade pretzels with other options as well. The chili is amazing!
