Wendy's - Naples

This is the worst Wendy's in Naples. The staff seems indifferent, and it ultimately reflects poorly on the manager. How can you allow food orders to go out with missing items or serve customers dried-up, old food? This has been mentioned in numerous reviews, yet nothing changes. They clearly don't care and need to be replaced. It's that simple.

Both the 10-piece Spicy Chicken Nuggets and the 10-piece Regular Chicken Nuggets were stale and lacked moisture.

I ordered two cheeseburgers, but they arrived without any meat—just the toppings. This is completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering from them again.

What a SLOP Burger! The only thing that enjoyed this was my garbage disposal! Disgusting to look at and 180 degrees opposite of that PHOTO and at that price it ought to reasonably look and taste premium. A simple $3.00 Whopper destroys this. Shameful how Wendys Quality has fallen while prices skyrocket.

They treated me like family. I will certainly be back for more meals in the future. The general manager is very kind, and the staff share the same warmth and kindness.
